Welcome to the July edition of Optima Daily. As summer settles in, we hope you’re enjoying the sunshine and all that this season has to offer. This month, we celebrate Canada Day and the diverse communities, cultures, and backgrounds that make Canada home. We also wrap-up our Annual Food Bank Drive and thank everyone for their generosity and support in helping those in need through their contributions. Whether you’re spending time outdoors, enjoying the festivities, or making memories with loved ones, we wish you a happy July filled with joy, connection, and celebration.

I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for the warm welcome I have received since joining this beautiful community. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know many of you so far, and I look forward to meeting even more of you as time goes on. The kindness, friendliness, and sense of community here have made me feel right at home. As we head into the summer months, we have plenty of exciting activities and events planned, and I hope you’ll join us for the fun. Whether it’s trying something new or simply enjoying the beautiful weather together, there will be something for everyone. And with Stampede just around the corner, it’s time to dust off those cowboy hats, practice your best “yeehaw,” and get ready for a little western spirit! Don’t worry—we won’t be testing anyone’s bullriding skills, but we do have some Stampedethemed fun in store. Thank you again for making my first weeks here so enjoyable. I am excited for the months ahead and for the opportunity to continue getting to know each and every one of you.

Trinity Christian School Musical Visit was a huge success! Our beautiful Atrium was filled to the brim with our seniors, daycare children and students and teachers from Trinity Christian School.
